Pippa Crouch

I have worked in the field of occupational health since 2007, focusing on wellbeing and preventative measures and have been published on issues such as substance misuse and changing culture.

My medical background is in the field of oncology and I worked for 7 years in the NHS within this specialism.  I hold a BSc in Public Health, I am registered as a Special Community Public Health Practitioner, I have a MA in Medical Law and Ethics and I have worked in a variety of settings, across many different industries within both the public and private sectors.

Recently, I have undertaken studies investigating the impact of software on productivity and researched and implemented tools for preventing upper limb disorders.

I have delivered personal resilience training seminars to employees and managers, focusing on personal responsibility.  I have also reviewed the occupational health provision of large organisations to ensure their services are tailor made and therefore delivering value for money.

I believe that the key to any successful business is its ability to support its people and a commitment to health and wellbeing.  I look forward to working with you to achieve this.
